We recommend that you change your oil & filter in between your factory scheduled maintenance. Every 5K to 7K miles is optimal to prevent sludge build-up.



Example: BMW's recommended oil changes are at 15K miles or whenever the five green bars disappear. Above is a photo of an Asian motor that has had 12K service intervals......

These photos are from two different BMWs... V/8 & six cylinders at approximately 77K miles using synthetic oil!! They followed the "BMW oil change recommended intervals" of 15K miles. Look at all the sludge!!!
